Necessary Information:

* Please initial agenda mates daily.

* Excuses for absences should be written on a separate piece of paper. I must turn these into the office.

* Graded papers go home on Monday. Please review any mistakes with your child.

* Your child may bring a snack and water bottle. Fruit and cheese only. We will eat a morning snack about 10:30. Lunch is at 12:00.

* We will walk to the Signal Mountain Library on Wednesday, Sept. 15.

* Beverly Cleary book report information went home Monday, August 30.

Reading vocabulary words: beats, lines, pattern, rhyme, rhythm, stanzas

Reading skill: base words with a prefix or suffix; parts of a dictionary

Grammar: singular and plural nouns
